Orders
All orders placed through the Service are subject to acceptance by Black Oak Furnitures. Black Oak Furnitures reserves the right to reject any order, or any part of an order, for any reason, including without limitation, unavailability of the product, errors in the product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is rejected, Black Oak Furnitures will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.
Payment
Black Oak Furnitures accepts payment through various secure online payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online bank transfers. By submitting your order, you authorize Black Oak Furnitures to charge your credit or debit card for the amount of the purchase. Delivery
Black Oak Furniture will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver products purchased through the Service to the address you provide at the time of purchase, within the estimated delivery time indicated at the time of purchase. Delivery times are estimates only and Black Oak Furniture will not be liable for any delay in delivery.
