Refund policy
At Black Oak Furniture, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality furniture products that meet their expectations. In the unlikely event that a damaged product is delivered, we will replace it , make sure to inform us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide accurate proof of the damage at our email blackoakfurnitures@hotmail.com.
Note: The customer will need to send the article back to us and will bear the shipping cost of it.
"Our company reserves the right to provide an estimate of repair costs for damaged products. Customers will be informed of these costs before any repair work commences."
"Please note that minor damages, such as slight cosmetic imperfections or superficial scratches, are not eligible for claims or refunds."
An order can't be cancelled if it is in process, however if a customer wishes to cancel an order 25 percent will be deducted as a processing fee.
Replacement & repair period would be around 15-30 working days
Please note that our products are not returnable and can only be replaced in case of a damaged product being delivered. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at blackoakfurnitures@hotmail.com
We strongly advise our customers to thoroughly inspect the product at the time of delivery and report any damage to us immediately. Failure to do so within the specified time period may result in the inability to replace the product.
