At Black Oak Furniture, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality furniture products that meet their expectations. In the unlikely event that a damaged product is delivered, we will replace it at no extra cost to you, make sure to inform us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide accurate proof of the damage at our email blackoakfurnitures@hotmail.com.

If you need a refund then drop the product on our store.

Replacement & repair period would be around 15-30 working days

Please note that our products are not returnable and can only be replaced in case of a damaged product being delivered. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at blackoakfurnitures@hotmail.com

We strongly advise our customers to thoroughly inspect the product at the time of delivery and report any damage to us immediately. Failure to do so within the specified time period may result in the inability to replace the product.
